Do you place 'Buy/Short Orders' for new highs/lows or enter your positions manually? I would think the former allows you to not hanker over your mouse while waiting for a trigger. Thx in advance...

I enter them manually. Sometimes but not always it's advantageous to wait for a slight pullback to get a better entry. Lately it seems pullbacks are standard operating procedure. We'll see what happens after summertime is over.
